BACK ORDERS and SOLD OUT
All of our products are limited edition, and when they are showing as ‘sold out’ it means unfortunately we are not making any more of them, when they’re gone they’re gone.
Occasionally charts are unavailable because we are reprinting them and sometimes other products are unavailable because they are on order from suppliers. When this happens our website will show a status of ‘out of stock and available for backorder’ on the product page, along with the likely date of shipping on the product page. Your order confirmation email will show the product as a ‘back-order’. Any order which includes a backordered product will ship all items ordered together when the backordered product is in stock.
SHIPPING & RETURNS
We offer reliable, secure and fully tracked shipping via Royal Mail throughout the United Kingdom and to most international locations. Tide table charts and Sun charts are rolled and securely packed in a poster tube, which is a minimum of a Royal Mail medium parcel size
UK Shipping Options:
Royal Mail Tracked 48 medium parcel – £4.40 – Royal Mail aims to deliver within 2-3 working days. Includes fully tracked delivery (you will receive a Royal Mail tracking number upon dispatch), insurance for up to £100, SMS and E-Mail notifications.
Royal Mail Tracked 24 medium parcel – £5.95 – Royal Mail delivers within 1-2 working days. Includes fully tracked delivery (you will receive a Royal Mail tracking number upon dispatch), insurance for up to £100, SMS and E-Mail notifications.
Royal Mail Special Delivery medium parcel – £7.95 – guaranteed delivery within 1-2 working days. This is only offered for a couple of weeks before Christmas. Includes fully tracked delivery (you will receive a Royal Mail tracking number upon dispatch), insurance for up to £750, SMS and E-Mail notifications.
If you order on a weekday, we aim to dispatch the next business day. If the order is early enough in the day, we may be able to dispatch same day.
If you order on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday we aim to dispatch on Monday (excluding Bank Holidays).
If you place your order with Tracked 24 or Special Delivery we will pack your order as a priority to ensure it is dispatched same day (if possible) or next working day at the latest. If you order Tracked 48 your order will be packed in the order it is received.
We are now pleased to offer international shipping via Royal Mail International Tracked* please read the terms and conditions below.
Process to order internationally:
Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with details of what you wish to purchase and we will send a PayPal payment request to your email address for the order plus the appropriate shipping rate. As a rough guide only, international shipping costs are estimated as follows:

International Delivery Terms and Conditions:
The customer placing the order is responsible for any tax, VAT or customs charges that may be incurred via international shipping. We will complete the appropriate customs declaration form. sharonlee.uk/beachofbrighton.com is not responsible for any additional tax or customs charge you may incur when receiving your international delivery.
Returns / Refunds:
If for any reason you decide you would rather not keep the product we will offer a full refund if you contact us within 14 days of receipt of your product. Your refund will be processed upon receiving the undamaged and resaleable product back. You are responsible for return shipping (for UK shipping we recommend Royal Mail 2nd class at £5.05 for a medium parcel), but we will refund outbound shipping.
If any of our products arrive damaged or defective, please take a picture of the damaged / defective product and get in touch with us at email@example.com and we will get things sorted as quickly as possible.
